Author : Anis Meddeb. This article seeks to understand the disappearance causes of some musical instruments throughout the History by studying the Guinbri in Tunisia. What seems very questionable and even very problematic in this study, is that the Guinbri has disappeared from the Tunisian music scene since the first quarter of the twentieth century.
